  1. thaw the fillets really do this i just put the fillets whole
  2. cut into serving size.
  3. place in a shallow baking dish.
  4. saute the onions in the butter til browned i.
  5. salt and pepper.
  6. add bread crumbs and cheese.
  7. toss.with fork until well mixed.
  8. spread over fillets.
  9. and press down firmly.
  10. pour the milk around the fish bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. i did this uncovered worked fine baked potatoes at same time.
