  1. I needed a recipe for a casserole to make for some friends who are picky eaters, they don't like tomato sauce, peas or mushrooms. I found this recipe, made it and found that it is both easy and delicious. I really liked the creamy texture from the cream cheese and milk. I did substitute fat free half and half for part of the milk which made it even creamier, and topped it with some mild cheese during the last few minutes to give a lttle color. EXCELLENT! Thanks for posting.

  2. Easy enough to make, & great tasting, too! I used rotini pasta for this as well as a reduced fat cream cheese & some frozen chicken breast that was already cooked & chopped! This was a great comfort food that I served for some last-minute dinner guests we had, & the recipe will be kept on hand to make again! Thanks for sharing it!
