- 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
directions
- PREHEAT oven to 325°F Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour, cinnamon, nuts and baking soda; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into crescent shapes; place, 1 inch apart, on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 20 minute Cool on baking sheet 1 minute Remove to wire rack; cool 15 minute Dip each cookie into powdered sugar.
