- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla flavored pudding
- 1 1⁄2 cups thawed whipped topping
- 20 vanilla wafer cookies
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced and divided
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry ice cream topping
- 1 sandwich cookie pie crust
directions
- 1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes.
- 2. Stir in whipped topping, wafers and 1 cup berries. Swirl in ice cream topping.
- 3. Spread into crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Remove dessert from freezer 15 mins before serving. Garnish with remaining berries.
