I tried this recipe without using a crust. I chilled individual servings in small dishes as a peanut butter custard-type dessert. I used 8 packets of Splenda for sweetener. I also added 1 tsp. of vanilla. There is nothing wrong with the recipe. I'm only giving it 3 stars based on my personal tastes. A little too rich for me. I do recommed that YOU try it, though! I bet it would be good in a chocolate graham cracker crust or with chocolate drizzled over it.
