  • 3 cups vanilla baking chips
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Melt vanilla chips in a saucepan.
  2. When melted, stir in cereal and nuts.
  3. Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in marshmallows. (If mixture is too hot, marshmallows will melt).
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
