BASE
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

FILLING
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup peanuts (or as needed)
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
directions
- BASE: Melt butter in 8x8-inch pan. Mix crumbs together with butter to make base. Press in pan.
- FILLING;.
- Spread 1 cup coconut.
- Spread 1 package chocolate chips.
- Spread 1 cup peanuts or as needed.
- Spread 1 can Sweetened condensed milk.
- Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes, or until brown.
- Makes 24 squares.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
