Lady Mom's Pork Loin

"A very tasty pork Loin that is easy! This is ideally for the crock pot but would also be tasty in the oven, covered! Note that you would have to change the cook time. Enjoy!"

  1. I love that the flavors of the thyme (I used French thyme) and fennel shine through on this recipe. I trimmed the fat off the loin and placed that side down first in the crockpot on top of 3 bay leaves. I did not want to crush them to equal 1t. Onions went next with garlic to follow then I added the liquid/herb mixture. Did not have granular bouillon so I used 3 cubes. I thought that this may be too salty but it came out perfect. I'll be making this easy dish again! Made for *Zaar Cookbooks Tag 2009* game
