  • heat beef broth to simmering boil then reduce to simmer.
  • remove scum from broth.
  • chop carrots fine and add to broth.
  • sautue onion rings in corn oil until brown add to pot.
  • add the cooked lamb and the curry powder and red wine to pot.
  • bring to boil then reduce to simmer
  • let simmer 3 hours.
  • near end of cooking add flour and mix to thicken stew serve hot.
