  • Heat oven to 350 and cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
  • Cook beef and onion in skillet over med-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms then heat to a boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Pour into ungreased 11 by 7 by 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
  • Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, mozz cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic and spread 3 tablespoons of this cheese mixture over each noodle.
  • Roll up each noodle and cut crosswise in half.
  • Place cut side down on top of beef mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  • Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
