  1. I've been making this recipe for a while now. I saw Ina make it on her show and was convinced to try it. This is absolutely the best lasagna I've ever had; it's my go-to now. It sounds a bit like a novelty item with the goat cheese and turkey sausage, but it still has a very traditional taste, and everything is so complimentary. If you're unsure about the goat cheese, don't worry. It doesn't dominate the flavor of the dish, but rather lends a very nice and delicious creaminess. You must try this recipe!

  2. WOW! This is one of the best lasagna recipes I've ever tried. It is time-consuming, but totally worth it on a weekend. We used turkey kielbasa because that's what we had, but I think it would be even better with Italian sausage, as specified. We also threw in some chopped fresh tomatoes that needed to be used up, but it was runny as a result. I think we'll add more goat cheese next time. We love goat cheese and you can barely taste it as written - but it's still spectacular. Thank you for posting this!!!

  3. I found this recipe on Food Network and really wanted to try it. I used no boil lasagna noodles… I will not use them again, did not like the texture. Other than that it was PERFECT!!!! My new go to lasagna recipe!

  4. I've made this lasagna several times now, and it's always delicious, creamy - down right wonderful. YUM. It's a huge hit everytime I make it for family and friends.

  5. This was very good. I think that my sausage could have been better quality, so don't skimp there. The whole family loved it, and my children didn't notice the goat cheese. This recipe is one of those where top quality ingredients are really important.
