  • Drain and rinse black beans.
  • Drain tomatoes and chilies.
  • Add cilantro, and squeeze in lime.
  • Mash and mix together in a pie pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted.
  • Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
