  1. Step 1: Take a large bowl, add yeast and sugar with warm water. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: Take another bowl, sieve flour and salt in to bowl. Combined yeast mixture in to the bowl and knead smooth dough with required water. Cover it with a damp cloth for 30-40 minutes till dough doubles in size.
  3. Step 3: Take small portion of dough. Roll out each in big size thick sheets. Cut the sheets in to triangle or any desired shape. Brush the triangle with little bit oil .Do pork with a fork on each triangle, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander seeds. Press them lightly with figure tips
  4. Step 4: Place the triangle in oven over baking sheet and cook for few minutes till the golden-browned and serve.
