Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 lbs shoulder roast beef
  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans French onion soup
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 12-1 cup water (optional)

Directions

  1. Place beef in large slow-cooker.
  2. Pour can of french onion soup over top, then spread either can of cream soup on top of that.
  3. Dump entire bag of carrots on top and arounds sides of beef.
  4. Dump entire bag of baby potatoes on top of the carrots.
  5. Pour second can of French onion soup over top of veggies, then spread either can of cream soup on top.
  6. Cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. You may want to add 1/2-1 cup of water if you like your roasts 'juicier'.
