Layered Slow-Cooker Pot Roast

- 5 lbs shoulder roast beef
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 2 (14 ounce) cans French onion soup
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup water (optional)
directions
- Place beef in large slow-cooker.
- Pour can of french onion soup over top, then spread either can of cream soup on top of that.
- Dump entire bag of carrots on top and arounds sides of beef.
- Dump entire bag of baby potatoes on top of the carrots.
- Pour second can of French onion soup over top of veggies, then spread either can of cream soup on top.
- Cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
- You may want to add 1/2-1 cup of water if you like your roasts 'juicier'.
