  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat eggs till thick & white.
  3. Add sugar gradually beating constantly.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture.
  6. Heat milk and butter, add to cake mixture and mix quickly.
  7. Bake in greased 9x9 cake pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt butter from icing ingredients and add the brown sugar, milk and coconut.
  9. Spread onto cooked cake and place under broiler til bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with ice cream!
