Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs chuck steaks
  • 1 (1 7/8 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer

Directions

  1. Cut chuck steak into portion size pieces. Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Cover and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees F or until meat is tender and there is a rich gravy.
