  • Put in greased 9 by 12 pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minute.

  1. I made this recipe this morning for my family. None of them finished it, stated it was nasty. I liked it very little. I will give this recipe another chance just to make sure if I like it or not.
     
  2. Excellent easy recipe - I cut it back to two eggs and cooked it in a skillet on top of the stove. Poured it in the pan had the heat set at medium, covered the pan and in 5 minutes - perfect! Use American Jack or even a Masdammer or Gouda. I used mozzarello (had it on hand) and it was too mild - Did not take off a star because it was my error and it was still delicious. thanks TitanicLover Hoornaert for posting
     
  3. Quite tasty! I'm not a big fan of crustless quiches, but this was more tender, and very good. I cut the recipe in half, using 6 eggs, baking in an 8-inch square pan. I baked for 40 minutes, as the middle still seemed a bit runny after 35.
