  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 12 lbs lean boneless pork loin
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade (divided0)

directions

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • in large uncovered oven proof pot heat oil.
  • sprinkle pork with flour, paprika and brown in the hot oil.
  • arrange onion slices on top roast and around it pour 1/2 c lea & perrins over the roast.
  • roast in oven for 1 hour or until done basting occasionally with the remaining chicken marinade.
  • remove roast from pot to serving platter add remaing chicken marinade to pot bring to boil and serve along side of roast.
