  • in saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  • add chicken marinade and remaining ingredients.
  • boil the reduce heat and cover simmer for 20-25 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
  • remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
