  1. -Heat EVOO over min in pot, add leaks, celery, bay leaves, s&p.
  2. -Cook approximately 5 mins, till tender.
  3. -Add broth, boil and lower to simmer.
  4. -Stir in whipping cream.
  5. -Add chicken chunks and gnocchi.
  6. -Cook until chicken is done, maybe 10 mins.
  7. -Remove bay leaves.
  8. -Stir in parsley and paprika.
