  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Brown beef and onion.
  • Add Basil and Oregano.
  • Add pasta sauce, simmer for a few minutes.
  • Mix parmesan and ricotta in a bowl.
  • In a baking tray, make a layer of lasagne sheets. Top with a layer of the sauce. Then add another layer of lasagne sheets, followed by the cheese mix, topped with a layer of spinach, zucchini and capsicum. Make another layer of sheets, top with sauce and repeat til you run out of room or ingredients. OPTIONAL : sprinkle parmesan over the top.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 180c for 40 minutes covered, then uncover and cook for 15 minutes further.
