Lean Steak and Mushroom Salad

- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 6 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 ounces sirloin steaks, boneless, well trimmed (2-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash hamburger grilling blend
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, cleand and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 head bibb lettuce
directions
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce, set aside.
- Season both sides of steak with Mrs Dash.
- Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Slice into 1/4 in thick slices.
- Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
- Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
