Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Separate half of mixture and smooth out in loaf pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and top with remaining part of meat mixture and smooth.
  4. Bake for 1 1/2 hour. If desired sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over top of loaf for the last 10-15 minutes.
