Directions

  1. Toss lettuce, apple, basil and mint together in salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over mixture.
  3. Toss lightly.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add more lemon juice if necessary.
  6. Garnish with pecans.
  7. I used 1/8 cup of red wine vinegar, also.
