  1. I have never had such great reviews from my boyfriend! I used fresh spinach because I hate cooked spinach, and it was fantastic! My first success at stuffing meat - and believe me, I have tried several times! Thanks for a great recipe!!

  2. This was great and pretty easy to make! I didn't have any Dale's so I used 1T soy sauce and 1T worcestershire and it worked great!

  3. I made it as is, except for the sauce bc I had no beer. I just substituted another mushroom sauce recipe and it was AWESOME!

  4. This dish was absolutely wonderful! The only changes I made were substituting non fat cheese and non fat mayo...got one of the best reviews at the table in months!

  5. These were great!! I love all the ingredients and so I knew I would like these. I've never done pork with beer before though, it ends up tasting almost like a wine sauce. Very tasty!! I didn't have any Dale's Steak Sauce but I used a combination of soy sauce, onion and garlic powder, sugar, ginger and paprika as suggested by Beachgirl. This is going into my make all the time file!! Thanks Beachgirl.
