Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut rum (I used Captain Morgan)
  • 1 12 teaspoons milk (I used whole milk)

Directions

  1. Cream butter and honey together in a large bowl.
  2. Then add milk gradually (you may not need to use the entire 1 1/2 tsps, it all depends on the consistency you want to achieve).
  3. Finally add the lemon extract and coconut rum and blend into frosting.
  4. Frost your cupcakes or cake.
  5. I found that the frosting thickened a bit once it settled. Also, I feel it tasted much better after I had chilled the cupcakes a bit.
  6. Enjoy.
