Lemon and Raisin Tarts

- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon, juice and rind of
- 1⁄4 cup cream
- 1 cup raisins
- 30 prepared tart shells
directions
- Mix all ingredients except raisins.
- Place a few raisins in each tart shell.
- Fill 2/3 with lemon mixture.
- Bake 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes~.
