- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2⁄3 cup powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- additional powdered sugar
directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine first three ingredients; Pat into a greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk in a bowl the eggs, sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over hot crust.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Dust with additional powdered sugar if desired.
