  • Put evaporated milk and beaters into freezer ahead of time.
  • You want this to be well chilled.
  • Add hot water to sugar and jello.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Put mixture into fridge and let thicken.
  • Take beaters and milk out of fridge.
  • Beat milk until thick.
  • Add lemon juice and rind.
  • Slowly add thickend jello mixture to milk mixture and continue beating.
  • Pour this mixture intoa 9x12 pan lined with the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Sprinkle some of the crumbs on top of the bars.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Make sure the bars are well chilled!
  • ENJOY!
