Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Put pasta in a large serving bowl and add tomatoes, basil chiffonade, red pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and cheese. Toss well to combine and garnish with whole basil leaves.
