  1. Clean fruit. Cut off stems. Squeeze lemon. combine lemon juice and all other ingredients in a chopper or blender. Blend fruit until smooth. Pour into ice trays and set up with toothpicks for holding. Or, pour into Popsicle trays (you can usually find these in the summer time kitchen ware in most stores).
