  • Cream butter, sugar, add eggs and milk.
  • Sift and add dry ingredients.
  • Add rind.
  • Beat well.
  • Pour in loaf pan, wel1-greased, and bake at 325° for one hour.
  • Mix juice of lemon and 1/4 cup.
  • sugar and brush over warm baked bread.
  • Let cool in pan.

I love to cook! I have been married for seven years and I love fixing new things for my husband, I work at a collge as a student service support. I love all kinds of cookbooks. I think if I had a month off I would do alot of relaxing and alot of reading maybe some shopping for new cookbooks!!
