  • In bowl cream butter and sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, lemon juice, and peel.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in seperate bowl.
  • Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Glaze: Mix lemon juice and confectioner's sugar together.
  • Immediately drizzle over loaf upon removal from the oven.

I am not very good with cooking, so i get many recipes online. I am trying to cook more mediterranean dishes, to be more healthful. I grew up in the sticks, so we ate a lot of home grown, home killed food. Living in a city has definitely changed the way we eat.
