- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon herb-seasoned salt
- to taste paprika
directions
- Arrange fillets in shallow 1-1/2-quart oval micro-type casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Use HIGH cycle and cook 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
