Lemon Chicken

"I like to create my own recipes off of variations I find in cookbooks. There are no measurements for ingredients because I add things I like in amounts of how much I like them, and hope my guests will enjoy them too!"

directions

  • Drizzle lite amount of oil in glass baking dish, just a coating. Place chicken in dish (I like to give each person 1 thigh and 1 leg). Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and either parsley or Rosemary, whitchever you like better. Spread garlic on top of chicken, about half a teaspoon on each piece. Cut lemon in quarters and squeeze over chicken putting the juiced lemons next to chicken in the dish. For 6 pieces of chicken one lemon was good. Broil for 15-20 minutes When it's done the chicken will have a light black crust and the juices in the dish will be sizzling.
