Directions

  1. Cream butter and lemon filling mix from the box until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and stir until blended.
  3. Add the flour, crust mix from the box, baking soda and salt; stir until dough forms, kneading in as needed.
  4. Using a small disher or tablespoon, form a ball and roll in sugar.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake at 350 degrees 14 to 16 minutes.
