"This is a refreshing, summery cocktail that I made up while trying to think of things to do with Limoncello that I had. They go down easy, but they're strong so be careful. Enjoy!!"

- 2 ounces vodka
- ice cube
- 1 ounce limoncello
- ginger ale
directions
- Fill a collins-size glass with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka and Limoncello. Fill glass with ginger ale. Stir and enjoy!

I live in Minneapolis with my husband and our dog Dexter. We just got married in Oct. of 2006 and live in an old house that we remodeled ourselves and turned into a duplex.
