  1. Super delicious! I was trying to duplicate a Lemon Drop cocktail that I had at a restaurant recently, and this came pretty close. As written it was a little too tart for me, so I added one ounce of simple syrup which made it just right. Heading back to the kitchen to make another!

  2. I've never made a lemon drop martini before but it's so easy to do it! I loved it, although next time I might try it with gin instead of vodka!

  3. I've experimented with several recipes and this is the simplest and best I've had. You might be tempted to use simple syrup (who has superfine sugar?), but that changes the mix. So easy to make ur own: Place sugar in your food processor and pulse till it's almost powdery. Then you're set! (I keep some in a jar)

  4. Way too sweet! One more time......no sugar on the rim, used a drop of triple sec, a drop of agave vs sugar and voila! Yum! Thanks for the base! I used Grey Goose vodka!

  5. My all time favorite but never made it until I saw this recipe. Truly enjoyed it and now I'll be making it often!

Tweaks

  1. Instead of 1.5oz vodka and .5oz triple sec, just use lemon flavored vodka, (like Absolute Limon). Triple Sec is orange flavored liqueur and doesn't belong in a lemon drop.
