  • Fry eggs in oil.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over eggs.
  • After the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl.
  • Chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers.
  • Crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired.
