  • 350 g biscuits
  • 200 g butter
  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 9 fluid ounces double cream
  • 2 lemons

Directions

  1. crush the biscuits into small pieces,.
  2. melt the butter in a pan then add the crushed biscuits,mixing well.
  3. press the biscuit mix into a flan dish and leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. whisk together the milk and cream adding the juice and rind of both lemons until mixed well.
  5. pour over the cooled base and leave in fridge for 4 hours.
  6. (although good after 4 hours even better if left for 24 hours).
