This dish was excellent -- crisp like fried chicken, but without all the oil. Very tender inside. Perfect for a Southern cook who likes the taste of frying but not the process or the calories! I didn't have any marjoram, and instead of salt and pepper I added Johnny's Dock Seasoning, and a little lime zest with the lemon. Mt husband, daughter, and cat loved it!
