  • 1.Place garlic and oil in a small skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss with shrimp in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

  1. Made this for a anniversary party and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe as stated but also added about a 1/4 tsp of thai chili paste, plus a little more salt, pepper and lemon juice. We didn't have time to marinate it very long at all so it needed a quick boost. We're planning on making it again for my sister's cookout. Thanks for posting!

  3. Made this for our lunch and yummo! I did cook the garlic a little longer than stated just to soften more but this is like a quick and easy scampi. I followed the recipe otherwise and when cooled I topped shredded lettece, green onions and celery with the shrimp mixture. DH added cocktail sauce and I just used the liquid from from shrimp. Delicious and definately one I will make again. Made for SPRING PAC 2010. P.S. I did cut in half for just the two of us.
