Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine dijon mustard, olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. In large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, red bell pepper, chopped parsley and sliced grilled chicken. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.
  3. Stir dressing and pour over pasta mixture, tossing to coat well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
