Loved this salad dressing!! I made this as written but did scale back a bit on the honey, as I don't care for real sweet dressings. I love lemon, so I knew I had to try this vinaigrette and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks for sharing the recipe, made for Susie's World Tour 2018.

Very nice and fresh tasting! I have a slight preference for dressings with a bit more 'stick to it-ness' (ok, that is not a real word) so if I were using it as a salad dressing again I would probably add some mustard as an emulsifier. I'm sure it would be perfect as is on grilled vegetables though. Made for Susie's World Tour
