"This is a little something I came up with ISO a quencher. Perfect for diabetics or dialysis patients as it has no sugar and is great for fluid restrictions. This helps me on the hottest of days!"

  1. Nice. Easy. Fresh tasting. Love it.

  2. I cant believe I havent found this earlier! I loved how this was one serving for when I want something different from water. Thanks! I used a bit more splenda than called for.

  3. Delicious and so simple! I made this for my Dad (who is on a renal diet) and myself and it was perfect on this hot 40C day! I didn't change a thing, and added 1 packet of Splenda to each. Made for ZWT 3:)

  4. Nice, refreshing drink. It was a little sour for me, but I just added more water and it was fine. Thanks Cynna!

  5. Wow, this packs a zing and lemon-y punch. I didn't use the splenda, in fact no sugar at all as I'm trying to eat healthier and I adore the sharpness of lemon and limes. Ã?m also trying to eat at breakfast instead of skipping that and am no morning person so NEED a wakeup call and the lemon/lime punch in this surely gave me that in spades. No ice eaither, We don't do ice very much in this part of the world. Taste: excellent, sharp and you are instantly awake, and so easy too. Please see my rating system: 4 excellent stars for a recipe that I will make often. Thanks!
