- 1 teaspoon lemon, rind of
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
directions
- Blend all ingredients well; marinate your choice of meats in it for up to 24 hours.
