  • Snap the end off the asparagus.
  • In a bowl, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and cheese.
  • Then add all the lemon juice and toss until coated.
  • Bake at 400 for about 10-20 minutes (depending on how crunchy or soft you like it).

  2. I thought the ingredients of this recipe sounded perfect. When I tasted it, it was so salty I couldn't take to a dinner. A whole tablespoon of salt was way too much. I would not add any at all and when it was finished, then add it. Parmesan has enough salt in it that a tablespoon put it over the top. I will try again without that amount of salt.
     
  3. I thought this was an ok recipe. To be fair my family doesn't like aspasagus all that much but I was looking for a way to incorporate different veggies into our diet. (So tired of the same beans,corn & poatoes.) It did open the door to trying asparagus new & different ways. Thank you.
     
  4. Easy, company worthy dish. MDH, mister picky man, doesn't usually like asparagus and even he liked it! This is a keeper. I used the microwave because it was too hot for the oven (a little under 4 minutes) and it worked well. Thanks
