Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (9 ounce) jiffy lemon cake mix or 1 (9 ounce) white cake mix
  • For the cake
  • If using yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup water
  • if using white cake mix
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 ounces instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple, drained
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. Make the Jiffy cake as directed.
  2. When cool:
  3. Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  4. Add drained pineapple to the mixed pudding(which has been mixed according to package instructions.
  5. Add to cheese mixture.
  6. Pour over cake and cover with whipped topping.
