  1. Mix the cake mix with the flour. Remove 2/3 cup for the streusel top.
  2. Add the margarine to the 2/3 cup batter and mix well.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the cake mix. Stir by hand until just smooth.
  4. Spoon into lined muffin tins 1/2 full. Sprinkle with streusel mix.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
