  • Mix first six ingredients well and pour into a 10-inch tube pan and bake ofr 55 minutes at 350F .
  • Remove from pan and pour glaze over cake while hot.
  • GLAZE:.
  • Add lemon juice ot confectioners sugar and stir. Add more sugra or juice if needed. Glaze will be thick and creamy.

  1. Light and delicious! I used a yellow cake mix, and increased apricot nectar to 1 cup, and decreased oil to 1/2 cup. Next time, I think I would replace the water with more nectar as well. For the glaze, I also used 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 T. nectar, and 1 T. pineapple juice concentrate, and 6 drops hot pepper sauce. It was a nice, warm hint to the sweet. Love this, will make again for sure!!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
